What happens if I need to change my appointment?

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: You are welcome to amend your booking online, or you can reach out to us at 02 8999 9691 for assistance.
  • Within 24 hours of your appointment: Our standard cancellation policy will apply.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
